Recommendations on lipo dischargers

hi folks, I’m poking around amazon to find a lipo discharger that will get my batteries to 3.8 voltage for storage easily. Meaning it’ll charger them up or discharge them down as needed. Does such a device exist as an all-in-one option? I’ve been diligently setting timers to unplug batteries at the right voltage, not very convenient.

It's true, I fly them down to 14v on OSD and they come back up around 3.7-8v
