Sp racing f3 clone issues

Hi.
I wondered if you can help me, im hoping one day i can help someone out on here as im always needing help myself!

Yesterday i was flying no trouble, today i went to fly some packs and the motors wouldnt arm. I plugged into cleanflight and they will spin in the motors tab. Im running a sp racing f3 flight controller and Its driving me mad!

Could be transmitter/receiver issue. If they run in cleanflight but not in quad, then the arming signal is not being sent or received correctly. Try changing the arming sequence and also check connections/aerial within quad.
