tyro99 setup??

Did you try making sure the the aux port for arm on the mode tab was set correctly?

Thanks that seems to work. Now I have a different problem. I’m not sure if the last guy can help me although he did a pretty good job with the last one.
So now I have full control of my drone. I arm it and slowly push up on my throttle, the blades spin fast, it clears the dust off the ground and gets loose, wanting to lift but can’t. I have the motors set up in reverse and the blades are spinning the right direction. It is almost like the thing is to heavy. At full throttle it does not get air born. I am using a new 4s battery

i have not had any iasues where my drone would not lift off. personally if i had that issue tho i would start over. flash bf to newest firmware. reset all pids to factory. set up motors in blheli for reverse. reset all modes and switches. i watched a ton if u tob vids before my first flights.

and make sure you have set up correctly on your tx

I have the exact same problem and the solder to ibus on the FC worked but only partially. I now have control in Betaflight. The Receiver tab shows me my receiver is talking to the FC. I have motor control but when I disconnect from betaflight my TX appears to do nothing. I am binded but it wont even arm. Any Ideas?
If you haven't gotten sorted yet send me a PM and we can have a look.

here is what i have for screenshots in knida lost...only thing ive seen is other reviews on banggood say you gotta solder a bridge on the fc for sbus/ibus operation. ima try that...View attachment 2637View attachment 2638View attachment 2639View attachment 2640
How did ya fix this as i have exact same problem i soldered the the bridge but yet i cant get the flight control to work with the reciever i have done something wrong i just need a hand from someone to point out the stupid mistake i have made please

More info...
What receiver are you using? The previous posters had Flysky receivers which is Ibus. If you have a Frsky reciever, that is sbus so you would need to bridge the other set of pads.

Pictures would be helpful.

i kinda had the same issue initially. for whatever reason i set my tx to ppm and it worked. not sure why but it did.

In the second picture, I only see power and ground wires on the reciever. Which other wire did you connect?

Hey everyone, new guy here, just wanted to hop on and say u guys are legends! been trying to fix this issue for about 4 hrs now and this solved it, thank a lot :D :D

I am super enthused by this hobby but i am getting frustrated by not being able to get off the ground due to lack of knowledge. :(
