Honestly when it comes to ease of use and flying. The Avata2 with the motion controller is crazy easy. Especially if you start out at beginner mode. I think the bigger question is what do you want to do long term? Fun flying, acrobatics, FPV stuff, or slower, cinematic camera stuff?

When you are diving, how do you know when to pull up? Is it just something that takes time to master, or you use height or ground sensor?

I guess it would depend on the feel you want from the video. If you want an FPV feel (banking corners) I like Rock Steady (1) and GyroFlow (2). Of course if you don't want the banking turns then Horizon Steady IMHO.
