Hi! I wonder how important is the internal resistance(ohm) of batteries？ During changing, an ISDT charger shows resistance per cell. Some shows 10-15, and other shows 20-30. Could you tell beyond certain value could be dangerous or not efficient to use anymore, etc?

Here is the issue, 6th cell of 6s batteries is over charging to 4.29 volts. How bad is it, could I get a few important flights in without damaging it? Feel free to ask any questions. Thanks
