I got my friend an Arris fpv250 quad for his bday a month ago and it has replaceable arms. And he's breaking them things left and right. He's still learning and I know that it's not a top notch frame or anything it was meant just to get him started. We're going to start building him one but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to strengthen the arms unroll then? They are of course breaking at the screw holes. Any help would be great thx.

Get a very thick one piece bottom plate frame, 4mm minimum but more would be nice. Or get a 2", 2.5" or 3" with 3mm plate.

thoses arm are 4mm thick. i have 4 spares that i got but have never broken one.my flight board died and its at the warentee place for a few weeks now. im worried if you reinforce the arm something worse will brake next crash.
