Can reciever be plugged either way?

Hey I unhooked my reciever for my new build and now idk which way it goes on. Does it matter cuz it goes on both ways. Te clip part I’m talking about for the pins to slide into. Like upside right and upside down both work. Can’t tell which is up or down though

What receiver is it? It's usually OK, if you plug it in upside down it just won't work. But we all know what happens when we assume...........

I have the frsky xsr and will I have to rebind or will it remember

Just look at the pin-out, should be marked on the receiver and find the ground to orient
