Does anyone know how to fix my issues in this vid?

I’m a total betaflight noobie so how would I do that?

Step 1: Take off props! Do not skip this step.

Plug in the quad battery. In betaflight go to motors tab, agree to risk death without compensation (click the slider at the bottom right)

With goggles turned on, using the sliders in betaflight, spin up each motor for a couple seconds, one at a time and see if the noise only appears during one or two of the tests, or for all 4.

Ok I did that & there was no real distinction between the motors & no massive amount of noise like when I’m flying outside

Under the "motors tab (I think) theres a motor test tab. PROPS OFF, run the test and see if one is noisier than the others. Been several updated since I've used Betaflight, i'm rusty
