Hi, I have a question about the video recording of DJI O4 pro.
I have 2 of DJI O4 pro, and one of them does not record videos and here is the situations.

- I bought anout 1 year ago, but almost just fly my drone and did not use recording with air unit.
- I have 3 high speeds faster micro SD cards. When using card A, the headset display shows the card speed is slow and stop recordings, but should not.
- Card B and C are little slow, and when recording, there is no suvh a error meesage, and when I check its recording folder file is empty!
- Then I took off micro SD card and tried to record in the internal storage of air unit. Of course, recording is complete without the error, but when I connect it to my PC, recording folder is empty again.
- I just make sure that I was waiting about 30sec-1min to unplug Lipo battery because sometimes air unit might take time to encode videos. If we unplug the battery video files might corrupt right?
- I reset the DJI O4 pro's setting from the Goggles, but the problem did not solve either.
- Another air unit with the same micro SD cards did not happen these issues.
- Maybe perhapes the recording system is flyed because of unfortunate sparks happened in the past flights when plugging the batteries??
- I tried manual and auto recordings, and Goggles' videos are always saved properly.

Thus, question is
- Is this DJI O4 unit broken, or just software is broken and could be repaired?

If anyone knows the same issue and how to fix it, please let me know!!
Thanks in advance!!
