Hello :)

i bough my first fpv drone Eachine wizard x220 and i would like to ask how is possible to reduce power to the quad, i think it could help to have more control:

is possible to do that from Betaflight :

for example where there is wrote 100% i can set 85% ?

Click Rateprofile Settings then throttle limit and change it to what you want.
So i have to select scale and 85% to say that had to reduce the ammount of throttle ?

but what is the difference compared to acting on motor power limit?

i tought that was better doing that on motor output limit to reduce the power.

Yes, could you explain the last two paragraphs for me?
I thought that to reduce the engine power it was better to act on "motor output limit" as i circled in the first screenshot.

throttle limit to me, looks like i'm going to act only on the throttle curve and it is the same thing that can also be done on the radio right ?

By better I assume you mean throttle limit while still being able to use the full stick travel. My option in Betaflight looks like it should work and but I can only test and confirm in 4 days. The settings and adjustments might be blocked on the eachine ia6 but apparently there is a way around it. I had it setup where I can switch between 75% and 100% on the radio using a switch so I could use 6s at 75% and 4s at 100%. I still had full useful stick movement that way.
