Fc aio betafpv meteor 65 issue

I'm having a problem with my quad, the problem is when in arming position the battery voltage is normal but when the trothle goes up the battery voltage immediately drops to 3.6v And when I was forced to fly the motors immediately cut off, I've tried using a new battery but the result is still the same, please help
