Took the FPV out for it's second flight this weekend. When flying what I though was straight and level, the horizon in the goggles appeared to be tilted left. Has anyone else seen this before, or have any tips?

What mode?

The gimbal doesn't have roll stabilization, so unless you've turned on the digital roll stab if the aircraft needs to tilt sideways to counter a sidewind the horizon will be off. And if you're in N/S it'll do that.

I was in normal mode on a windless day. I'll fly more and see if it is consistent (this was day 2)

Probably wasn't windless at the height you were at. Even a couple of km/h would show.
