I cant switch on my goggles battery

Hello, i have 2 batteries for my Goggles V2 to use with my FPV but cant switch either of them on. They haven't been a problem to date but when i press the button i get the 4 lights on telling me they are fully charged but then goes off. I press once followed by press and hold for 2 secs and nothing. tried lots of combo's pressing and holding fast press long second press etc. Any idea's?

Have you connected the cable to them? They won't turn on without the cable.

Hi Kilrah yes but its plugged into my usb port on the PC. just tried plugging into the goggles with the same problem. im trying to do a firmware upgrade to the drone and it says it needs to be connected.

what a banana i am. i was connecting it to the left usb port rather than the one on the right. All's working now.
