Need help connecting fpv camera

I got struck while connecting fpv camera to vtx and vtx to flight controller. Below are the parts I am using
Flight controller - jhemcu f4 noxe v3
Vtx - cyclone xf5806
Camera- generic one

I have attached the pin configurations of each board.
I am confused about tx2, rx2 and sbus pins in flight controller. Data pin in vtx. Osd pins in camera. The camera came with a joystick and a connector that fits on joystick and the two osd pins on the other side.
I'm also confused about the use of that joystick
