So... I've built and flown RC planes very on and off since I was a kid and recently decided to give FPV drones a try having had a great time flying some planes fpv.
I have bought a darwinfpv baby ape, have soldered on (maybe wrong) a flysky fs-a8s receiver and have spent hours searching the internet, watching videos and fiddling around in betaflight.
I simply cannot get it to work!
The issue seems to be between the receiver and the flight controller. The receiver seems to bind ok, but I don't see any signal input in betaflight.
I'd really appreciate some help. I'm itching to start flying!
