6040 is 6 inches diameter with a 40 pitch (not super extreme but over the max for low power esc's like what come with the Eachine 250 racer). 5050s are 5 inch props with a severe pitch and suited for high output escs

Make sure you have sufficient clearance for 6 inches and escs that can handle the power requirements.

I'm just going on things I read. What I have found is that 20A ESC's can handle higher propeller pitches without burning up. The Eachine Racer 250 comes with 12A, the Falcon with 20A. Not sure about the RoboCat. Overall the information is the same though.
