Uart ports missing and controller bound but not moving in betaflight

Hi, I have problem with my 5 inch fpv drone, i have made some research. but nothing have worked. I tried to solve the issue with my controller, bc stick werent moving, even if it was bounded, and then somehow I accidentally reseted drone, and now I cant get my uart ports back, can someone please help??? Im kinda new to drone building.

I found that I needed to upgrade firmware for drone, but I cant update it, I even downloaded all neccesarry drivers, but it still not updating...

You may need to tried ImpulseRC_Driver_Fixer.exe. What is your FC named?
