what do i do!!??

Ok then, plug in that receiver and bind it.
You will need to take the canopy off anyway to access the USB port to set it up in betaflight. So I took mine off , bound it then did the set up and tried to squeeze it all back together. You can't access the port with canopy on.

I'm really struggling with this sticking it in and stuff

and also do i just get some electrical tape and wrap it around like 2 times and not cover the tiny bottom so i can still bind it or do i bind it now and then electrical tape it ?

Then why ask?
I personally wouldn't use tape as you will not be able to see led or if you have pulled an antenna off. I only use clear heat shrink but that's just me.
sorry I was meant to say I know too the plug it in part not the tape

nope but its charges enough
Ok, nice paint work! You need to build a model for your cube as per one of the videos sent to you. Pretty straightforward. When you go to bind, scroll all the way down on the first page for your model, hit bind and wait for the beeps. Then hold down the bind button on your receiver and plug a battery in at the the same time (maybe get your dog or siblings to help). Remove the battery after a few seconds, hit the bind button on your Taranis to cancel the binding function. Plug your battery back in and you should see a green light on your receiver. If so, it is bound.
Assuming you have built a model in your Taranis of course.
Don’t forget to set your failsafe, in your case ‘no pulses’ so that if you fly out of range, your quad will drop due to having no input from your Taranis. Failsafe setting is just below your bind option.
