1 motor arms the other don't spool up

Reaper, just go back to default Quad X motor config, and wire each FC signal pad to the ESC number that sits below it.

Green, I would love to do that but...per Armattan they highly recommend using a 30A esc vs. the 20A I'm currently using
I'm checking out the 30a esc options rt now.
Question though in betaflight were is the reset for default (cli or just a one click button)

The 20A ESCs will only blow up if you are flying really hard. No reason you can't fly it around with the 20A.

Reflash would reset to defaults pretty easy.
