Crash: Broken Prop or Motor failure (with Sound)

My son was flying the FPV drone and he told me the drone just flipped and crashed. Not what you want to hear when you are also flying and have goggles on as well.

One section of the prop was completely missing.

Sounds like something failed or seized up before it flipped over. Maybe dirt or debris got inside of a motor.
