FPVFreerider Recharged is 10 bucks and does not require a "Steam" account (worth checking out).
Velocidrone is under twenty bucks and also does not require a "Steam" account (very realistic).
For what they are, the FPV sims don't really cost that much compared to the cost of the hobby...
The CurryKitten sim can also be downloaded without a Steam account.

Both "FPVFreerider Recharged" and "Velocidrone" install on your laptop with nothing else required.
