Drone does not arm.

Betaflight says arming is disabled. Connection signal on TX16S is strong. Fully charged battery. I created a Prearm switch SH, and arm switch SF. Bardwell has a checklist for not arming but didn't solve my problem, perhaps it will for you

You cannot arm your quad while connected to USB. That is why Betaflight says "arming disabled".
