With props on?
Reason i ask:
With props off, your quad will sometimes do some crazy crap, especially if it is not level

Really sounds like fc orientation is off, that would also make it act erratic
I had some help yesterday and the issues are solved
- Updated the drivers as I could not flash the FC, Betaflight would just disconnect the com-port
- reflashing the FC stopped the issue after arming, motors do spin until I touch the throttle stick and the quad does not bounce all over my workbench when doing so
- remapped the motors in Betaflight to their correct position
- Used BLHelisuite instead of BLHeli32 (I just was using the wrong software)
- set the correct rotation in BLHelisuite
Now all works correctly and I can start learning to fly!
