Hi Everyone,

I’ve just completed the build of my first FPV. I set up my transmitter (an old Futaba T7C) and ESC with Betaflight 4.1.1. I’m facing this annoying problem that I couldn’t get around:

When testing Throttle function (gradually sliding up), one motor “jumps” to maximum speed. The rest are spinning “slowly” (around 1200). In addition, if taking the throttle up (above 1200) motors are still spinning the same (one at max speed, and three slowly). Plus, from this point, sliding the throttle down make no change in motors speeds. Only dis-arming the quad stops the motors.

Would appreciate any ideas…THANKS

Wow just shows why talking props off is soooo important. Have you checked and compared ESC settings in BLHeli?

Hi, thanks.
I haven't used BLHeli (just for swapping motors layout).
Kindly advice, what is it that I need to check in BLHeli suite?

It was more to check all values are matched with the other working ESCs. It's a strange issue as most BF settings apply to all four motors so either you have a faulty or shorted ESC or it's a setting or firmware malfunction
