I think. You better make sure those are the receiver inputs. I assume the motor signal outs are the through hole ones but I didn't look in the book.

Edit: yes, it is right. I see a label that says RC_CH by the connector.

So I'm gonna use the wiring harness that's already in the fc and connect it to the bottom left side of the fc from the receiver?

You will need at least 4 servo (dupont) connectors to go into the receiver. If the harness included with the FC has these already that is great. If not, solder the each of the harness signal wires to a servo connector.
