Yes, the Skydroid H16 system can be compatible with the SPAN F722-BT-HD V2. The flight controller supports multiple UARTs and can handle hardware like Skydroid units. You’ll just need to wire it correctly: connect the TX/RX lines to a free UART, supply proper voltage (usually 5V or 12V), and configure the protocol in Betaflight if you're using Skydroid for RC input.
Keep in mind though, the quad you linked (Crocodile75 with DJI O3) is already set up for HD digital, adding Skydroid might mean you’re replacing the O3 system or setting up something more advanced like a parallel video feed.
