Vtx trouble

Hi,

I was wondering why vtx no. 2 isn't working either.
These two red Blheli wires seem to be connected to solder which is shorting bothe the ground and the positive wire for my vtx. Agree?

I'd say they are definitely close enough to be a concern.

It was wired backwards!!!
