Can anyone provide any guidance for the DJI 2212 clone motors? They have a notch on the motor shaft. I'm looking to use different propellers and I'm wondering about compatibility. This is my first build and I am currently using the propellers that also have the notch. If I buy regular props are they going to be compatible?

I'm afraid not. Part of DJI's commitment to being totally proprietary. I would use other 2212 or similar sized motors with standard shafts but the prop's size should be matched to the motor's Kv rating. I might go a little smaller, but not really any larger.

If the DJI 2212 clone motors have a notch on the motor shaft, regular propellers may not be compatible without additional adapters.
