Exposed Wire Connected to Camera

Hi, I just noticed today an exposed wire connection from the main Avata body to the camera ... it looks like it "might" be normal and there are two seperate shrink wrap, but can anyone confirm if their Avata is the same, or this is not normal?

You can see it best by flipping the Avata on its back and look to behind the camera.
