any tips where/how to setup lights on a micro quad? thanks for any info

nope... not even sure what voltage they take. id suspect 5v but don't have such a battery. i guess i could just try applying small amounts in electricity and see... its are learning material for me. I'm hoping to get a thread going on how.....
i can't be the only one scratching head over this bling while we're all just trying to keep it flying.
my micro 2" is small but it's gonna bust *** outside and lights/ buzzer combo will help me find it when i crash.

Most LED strips use 12 volts. Those are just separate LED's w/inline circuit. So you can actually test each one individually. 2S battery should work fine to test

yup, just tested with a 450mah 3cell. they work. thanks!! ... and their red lights ( :
Yep 3S is the one you need for 12v lol. You know those could be cut & used individually if you want. They appear to be the same ones used @ PolarPro for their drone accessory's.

yea, when you said test separately i noticed the strip was segmented. I'm gonna have to consider the extra wires and how to mount these cleanly. I'm thinking clear shink wrap on just the middle of each arm. then the paracorded motor wires over that....? 15365050544415670692533926452631.jpg
ive got enough for six individual segments three lights each.
what's the best way to mount these cleanly?
