My quad won't arm

When I plug in my battery, the quad only beeps three times and it won't arm.

I'm getting these flags in betaflight CLI "NOGYRO RXLOSS BOOTGRACE CLI MSP"

BLHeli says "Note: Connect power to the ESCs" but there is a battery plugged in
I've spent so much time on this and I can't figure it out.

Please help!

I have a GEP-20A-F4 AIO
