Red flashing light on R9MX receiver after successful binding

I have flashing red led light on my R9MX after "successful binding" my R9MX with my Taranis X9D plus 2019. I followed this steps:
1) Updated my open TX firmware on the Taranis X9D to the latest version
2) Updated my R9M external module firmware to the latest LBT version
3) Updated my R9MX receiver firmware to the latest LBT version
4) Started the register operations for receivers on the Taranis, with the following steps:
4.1) With R9MX disconnected started the register function on the Taranis
4.2) Feeded up the receiver while pressing the binding button surface mounted
4.3) The taranis read the receiver (and it showed the green light ON) e i confirmed for binding
4.4) Turned off the receiver and started the "bind" function on receiver 1 on the Taranis
4.5) Feeded up again the receiver and after the detection (and the receiver showed the green light ON here too) of the Taranis i confirmed the binding

At this point i have tried so many things, from restarting the Taranis to try FLEX versions for both R9M module and R9MX receiver but nothing seems to change the red light from flashing and the green one to turn on.

Any idea of what could be?

I searched on this forum but i didn't find it already answered, in any case i'm sorry if it is already been asked.
