I stay in hotels A LOT and bring drones with me. I usually find a safe place for close range flight close by. I always enjoy the opportunity to share my experience flying racing drones. Many spectators have never flown a drone nor have they ever looked though goggles. Occasionally I let them fly the right stick while I fly the left. They get a taste of the complexity. I always offer to let them wear the goggles while I fly LOS as well. They all say "WOW, but it's not a clear as what what I see on Youtube"...funny how many think we actually see in goggles as what is broadcast on Youtube.
Still, anyone fascinated by watching, I am glad to have the opportunity to offer some hands on / face on experience. No one yet has not given a big thanks.
