Vtx noise

hi all

I getting noise through my goggles it just happened suddenly with no warning and is there constantly it’s not terrible but it not like the usual line I see on videos it’s like sharp flickering lines almost like statick and I can figure it out.

Make sure your sauder points are intact on the video transmitter and that the video transmitter isn't vibrating (just had this problem myself) even just a dirty prong on your antenna can cause this. your esc shifting close to the antenna could cause interference also. Lots of things to check lol most likely vibration or sauder points though, especially if it's doing it after a crash or hard landing.

Black lines on the screen/ monitor are a big indicator of this

Thanks I’m going to do a strip down and check everything, anntena is good, vtx is still solid and no vibrations I’ll check the solder points and a good ferret around

It could be a grounding issue with your vtx antenna connector touching the frame.

You have just partly answered my question I have had it all to bits and it’s fine until I tighten down the top plate how can I rectify this

Put a non-conductive washer like plastic or thick paper

Would electrical tape do the trick

Problem solved.
I have put a nylon washer between the top plate and the posts no more noise
