This is my first time building a drone. I'm using an F550 hexa frame with DJI 2212/920KV motors that came with their proprietary props. The drone flipped on a test launch and broke 3 props so I ordered some props but apparently they don't fit.
There's a thick collar on the aftermarket props that prevents them from fully seating on the motor (Amazon.ca)
I also noticed that the collar is clearly a separate piece that is fixed into the prop, so I'm wondering if I can remove this? I want to ask before I do something stupid and void the return policy on these.
What are these props called and how can I ensure I order the props that fit my motors?
