Broke an m3 18mm screw

i broke a m3 18mm screw head off on my quad as well as one is stripped and won't come out?! where do I go to get the right screws heads and lengths all have to be right. What material stainless steel or aluminum. Want to replace it but don't wanna buy wrong screws also any info on how to get the headless screw out and the stripped screw

As well as what are the screw head types we use like there are names of some idk if they'd even work like the head is thicker on some and rounder on some like pan head for example

the two types we usually see are button head (the dome top ones) and socket head cap screws (cylinder top ones). Fastener-express has them, look under metric section.

You may need a different size, but these work pretty good. You will need to drill into the one that broke off.
