Hey I was wondering if there are in good fat shark FPV goggles for under $200. Anybody recommend anything?

Fatshark, I don't think so at $200. You might check out Eachine "VR D2" or "goggles two". Be warned, they do not look as stylish as the fatsharks but have great field of view and resolution.
