Ok so as my first build which I think will take me a lot of time has been pushed back for who knows how long due to work commitments. I want a cheap but strong bnf that I can use to better my acro skills and leave my baby for when I’m a bit more confident. I want to use my current packs 3s/4s 70-95c and flysky i6.
Ideas?

Hey Wayne, I know there are plenty of tutorials out there on soldering but if you have questions or aren't sure about something I can give you some pointers. Sometimes it's easier to pick things up when a few basic fundamentals are understood and I haven't seen anyone on YT who explains them, plus you cant ask a video a question.
Cheers buddy!

Its the 3" builds that Green has been doing thats given me the 3"bug...lol

I'm digging the 3" stuff but I'm staying in the 5" (maybe 6") arena. I won't even fly the TGO-SE anymore, Green put too much work into it and I was starting to bust it up. Maybe after I get an HD camera strapped to it, it'll be worth the risk.

I said it'll be the showcase of my hangar and it will be the showcase. I'd rather leave it on the shelf and tell everyone about it then to bust it up.

For me, focusing on the 5" will give me the best experience and keep my costs down a bit. I really liked Raymon's X-Ray and the GEPRC Leopard is extremely similar except that Raymon's was all carbon fiber. I just bought two more of the Leopard 5" frames. One of my next builds will be an F4 with a new Split 2. I'm really getting comfortable with this style of frame.

I'm at the point where I need to stop listening to all of the hype and start to lock in to what "feels" comfortable to me. Just a noob's opinion!
