Hey everyone,

back in 2017 I bought myself an Eachine Wizard X220s, which was mostly sitting in my shelf. Now I wanted to take it for a spin but check the configuration beforehand in Betaflight,
but surprise - firmware version of my quad was out of date. So I figured I might update it from 3.1.7 to 4.4.2. After all, it's technology that's out for years, what could go wrong.

Apparently a lot, as now, my drone is no more than a beeping paperweight.
It does enter DFU mode when booting with the button, however connection to the settings with Betaflight configurator 10.9.0 isn't available.
Also rolling back seems to be locked, as the software just gets stuck when trying to load back the hex file of 3.1.7
I picked the Omnibus F4SD, since that was what it returned in the CLI when I saved the diffs.

Can anyone help me?

best regards

I did some more tinkering and it turns out, the firmware update temporarily disabled my PCs USB port?? and so a reboot later, I was able to connect to the FC again, and calibrate the gyros which stopped the beeping and for now the drone is operational again.
