Hi, I replaced one of the damaged arms on my Ruko F11 Pro Drone. When I attempt to start the motor, the replacement arm motor spins a half turn a few times and then stops completely. The other arms function fine. Any thoughts about why this?

Greetings from Birmingham Alabama USA, welcome to the forum! We look forward to hearing from you!

Was the motor damaged along with the arm? If so, it may need to be replaced as well.

So likely either one of the motor connections isn't made properly or the ESC is dead too.

The arm included a new motor
If you have a volt meter, check the voltage going to each motor. As Kilrah said, you may have a dead ESC

Thanks for the response. I took the drone apart and found that one of the wires I soldered became disconnected when I put it back together.

I have a similar problem - flew it once many months ago- just went to fly it and the back motor wouldn't work- same half turn thing- now that works but the other back motor won't start and is doing the same thing...any idea what it could be.. I can't imagine how anything could be wrong with it while it's just sat in the case...

Mine isn't even replaced and is doing this after just being in the case.. I was wondering if it was a battery issu but I charged and tried both , have you had any luck finding the issue?
