480 class drone build battery

Hi i'm building a drone with these are the parts tht i want to use:

i will use an AR6210 spektrum RX 6ch and a dx5e spektrum TX
this receiver does not support ppm so i wanted to know how to set up the Fight Controller to work with pwm and how to connect the pins of the ESC;

Are the ESC's going to power up the Flight Contoller? if yes how, which pins are going to do that?

Between the battery and the integrated PDB on the frame do i need to use a power management board or something like that? or i will just connect the battery right to it?
