Camera Settings on GoPro Hero 12/13 Indoor FPV

What camera settings do you use/recommend when filming FPV for real estate with a GoPro Hero 12? Do you stick to fixed settings for shutter and ISO, or do you also use auto? I’m having exposure issues with fixed settings, especially when flying from a bright outdoor environment into a building.
