In time, though, Horbaczewski hopes to draw fans from traditional motorsports. He plans a worldwide tour, and is scouting for interesting locations, mentioning a disused subway system beneath Stockholm and a decaying amusement park in Japan. “We are raising a generation of pilots,” he told me.
